Membership Business Retention Specialist

Location : Hybrid - West Plains, Missouri

Hourly Rate : $12.00 Monthly Bonus

The Membership Business Retention Specialist is responsible for retaining active members and reinstate inactive members while providing quality customer service when speaking with members.

Responsibilities :

• The Membership Business Retention Specialist will maintain a book of business and perform phone sales by placing phone calls from available calling lists.
• The Membership Business Retention Specialist maintain all goals established by Management to meet daily / monthly bonus standards and call volume requirements.
• Ensure member accounts accuracy by frequently locating alternate contact information when return mail is received and updating contact information via a search engine.
• The Membership Business Retention Specialist is critical to ensuring the department is mastering the monthly renew revenue budget.
• The Membership Business Retention Specialist will raise awareness and urgency to retain membership.* The Membership Business Retention Specialist assists members with billing related inquires by suggesting payment options, reissuing invoices, and applying and balancing payment.
• Complete memberships in question quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.* Two years of customer service and sales experience* Efficiency in Microsoft products.
• Customer service and excellent phone / email etiquette.* Coordination of multiple phone system.* Functions in a fast-paced offices* Sales and marketing support.
