Customer Segment Manager is responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements. Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer profiles. Being a Customer Segment Manager provides information to sales and marketing teams to assist in the promotion of the organization's goods and/or services. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Segment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Segment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Segment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Provide very positive, friendly and helpful service to each and every customer.
Keep register area clean, dusted, well stocked, and faced.
Clean, stock, dust and face products on store shelves as directed.
Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
Communicate and interact positively with store management and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Physical Requirements (this is not a complete list of physical demand/conditions that may be required to perform job responsibilities, but should be used as an example of the minimum required):
On occasion must be able to lift merchandise weighing up to 20-40 lbs from floor to chest.
Must be able to bend or stoop below waist level on occasion to stock lower shelves.
Must be able to push/pull up to 25 lbs. or more of force on occasion.
Must be able to use fine finger manipulation to handle cash register duties.
Occasional repetitive arm movement to stock shelves
