The Customer Service Desk Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining high standards of customer service in the store's front-end operations. The Customer Service Representative will supervise and direct all front-end/customer service activities such as change withdrawals, lottery, shift changes, and all other front-end related duties. It is essential that as a Customer Service Representative, you will present yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times while performing your defined responsibilities. You are responsible for always maintaining our high standards of Customer Service. Other duties may be assigned as required, depending upon the available time, business volume and other criteria as determined by your appropriate supervisors and/or Gerrity’s Supermarkets.
