Customer Service Desk Clerk - Grocery Store jobs in Daytona Beach, FL

We are currently seeking a hard-working individual with open availability. Must work Saturdays!

```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

```Requirements```
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Knowledge of electronics sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
