• Answer phones
• Process tow-ins and total losses
• Check in vehicles on the days they are scheduled to be dropped off
• Collect payments on completion of the job
• Process payments and invoices to be sent to corporate, payroll etc.
• Work with our in-house estimators
• Update calls daily
• Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

• Other duties may be assigned

• Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Pays attention to details
