Job Summary:
The Customer Service/Dispatcher at HVAC company will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and dispatching tasks efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time hourly position located in Palm Bay, Florida, and is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about HVAC maintenance plans, repairs and new installations with recommendations
- Receive and process service calls to be properly documented and dispatched
- Handle money transactions accurately and maintain a balanced customer invoices and proposals
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office
- Coordinate with other staff and work at team for better productivity and customer service
- Coordinate with suppliers to order warranty and out of warranty parts and daily tracking
- Monitor and update parts ordering and delivery information to customers and co-ordination between field service manager
- Schedule and dispatch technicians and staff for in time service to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills and working with computer based dispatch and accounting systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Must be able to work as team
- Must be Flexible for time availability, including weekends and holidays
