Customer Service Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops service level standards focused on reducing response times and providing high customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Director establishes policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices. Implements systems to capture and report on service metrics, including any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues. Additionally, Customer Service Director manages resource decision-making and planning. Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Customer Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Customer Service Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member representing our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. You exemplify our code of values and show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
    This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.
    Specific Responsibilities:
    • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Route service calls
    • Verify and input work order information, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
    • The call pace is fast and continuous, with great attention to details
    • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
    • Communicate with technicians and maintain a flow in the office 
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum two years of admin experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
    • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
    • Positive Attitude
    • Team player who can work independently
