Customer Service Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. We are growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
In this position, you will be taking inbound calls for repair, maintenance, and installations of residential heating and air conditioning equipment. You will also be making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, offering maintenance memberships, and following up on open sales proposals. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.
Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Scale: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience Incentives!
