Since 1958, Quick Delivery Service has been providing container drayage and logistics services to the entire Gulf Coast. Our locations are strategically positioned in the key markets of the South Eastern Regions.

Mobile trucking company looking for a customer service agent for our Hot Shot/Truckload and Container Dept. Truck transportation dispatch experience a must.

Knowledge of order entry, invoicing, HOS and E-log / ELD preferred.

Responsibilities

• • Dispatch Hot shot and backhaul loads
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• • Take the extra mile to engage customers

  
  Requirements and skills

  • Dispatching tractor trailer trucks & additional fleet
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • 2-year degree preferred or High school diploma with valid experience
