Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both languages and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry

- Provide excellent phone etiquette, ensuring professional and courteous interactions with customers at all times

- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives

- Complete tasks as assigned

Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish

- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
