Customer Service Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops service level standards focused on reducing response times and providing high customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Director establishes policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices. Implements systems to capture and report on service metrics, including any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues. Additionally, Customer Service Director manages resource decision-making and planning. Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Customer Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Customer Service Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Essential Functions:
    • Provide exceptional guest service. Be courteous, and always greet and thank all customers while making eye contact. 
    • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures. This includes retail and fuel sales transactions completed through multiple forms of payment. 
    • Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level. 
    • Secure all funds in a safe and perform cashier reconciliation at each end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales. 
    • CSI cash handling policies, guidelines, and procedures are followed consistently. 
    • Perform consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable. 
    • Prepare food and hot beverage products. Effectively manage ExtraMile and/or KKC (Krispy Krunchy Chicken) food service and beverages to ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss through continuously monitoring product levels and re-stocking as needed. 
    • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs. 
    • Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy. 
    • Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store and continuously ensure shelves are full of products. This includes both the retail space and cooler locations in the store. 
    • Observe local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels. (Oregon only) 
    • May perform other duties as assigned by management. 

    Requirement/Qualifications:
    • Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. 
    • Strong attention to detail. 
    • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment. 
    • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations. 
    • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am. 
    • We offer a $1.25 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10 pm to 6 am. 
    • USA-based job position. 
    • Visas will not be granted.
