Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls and emails from customers and employees
• Prepare and submit customer supply invoices
• Prepare purchase orders to approved vendors
• Receive and process employee supply requisitions
• Assist warehouse staff as requested
• Website supply catalog maintenance
• Administrative duties as requested

Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer supply orders
• Convert supply sales leads to quotes from a lead list
• Maintain a master supply lead data file
• Continue developing product knowledge
• Coordinate with sales reps and manufacturers to fully understand product lines
• Identify potential for up-sale opportunities with current customer base
• Participate in weekly sales meetings

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Quickbooks preferred
• Must have valid PA drivers license
• Minimum 3 years of prior inside sales or customer service experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
