Customer Service Manager manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded.     • Lead and manage a team of four customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Hire, train and mentor Customer Service associates.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary training and development programs.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
    • Collaborate closely with production planning & warehouse to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
    • This on-site position is both a supervisory and hands-on role, thus you will also enter and confirm sales orders, handle in-coming calls and emails from your allocated customers & markets, and act as a role model for your team. In this role, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of customer master data, credit management data, sales-related material master data, and set-up of prices and conditions in SAP.
