We are currently looking to add highly motivated, positive, & service oriented, team members. These individuals will execute processes that we currently have in place to continue to provide a seamless experience for all clients as we expand.
Role and Responsibilities
-Review sold projects and verify contract accuracy
-Monitor and follow up on contract issues for expedited resolutions
-Confirm material availability and accuracy for projects prior to moving to scheduling
-Utilize multiple systems to keep installers, our retail partners and all MFSI staff informed
-Provide a seamless experience to all clientele
-Schedule jobs with customers.
-Answer phones
-Willingness to learn and be proficient with our CRM software
-Solution and results oriented
-To fill in various positions as needed (scheduling, contract review, work orders)
