Marc’s Flooring is a flooring company that has been in business since 1992 and installs all types of flooring: vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet, and hardwood. Our team members take pride in their work and will do everything they can to ensure client expectations are exceeded through our commitment to quality and service.

We are currently looking to add highly motivated, positive, & service oriented, team members. These individuals will execute processes that we currently have in place to continue to provide a seamless experience for all clients as we expand.

Role and Responsibilities

-Review sold projects and verify contract accuracy

-Monitor and follow up on contract issues for expedited resolutions

-Confirm material availability and accuracy for projects prior to moving to scheduling

-Utilize multiple systems to keep installers, our retail partners and all MFSI staff informed

-Provide a seamless experience to all clientele

-Schedule jobs with customers.

-Answer phones

-Willingness to learn and be proficient with our CRM software

-Solution and results oriented

-To fill in various positions as needed (scheduling, contract review, work orders)

Qualifications

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Positive attitude

· Dependable and organized

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of flooring trade

· Ability to use Microsoft and project management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
