$15.50 - $18 DOE

• Develop, implement & manage effective local marketing programs to support our marketing plan and sales team
• Daily refresh social media and our website with new project photos, client testimonials, product information, and feedback
• Effectively utilize available social media tools such as ‘boosting a post’ on Facebook to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Participate in area networking events
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and fax communication from prospects & clients; take the appropriate actions
• Greet customers who walk in and manage the in-house sales process (understand needs & budget, communicate options, and generate estimates)
• Respond to client requests for information about our products and services, evaluate client needs, develop solution options, and counsel clients on their budget and solution options
• Maintain daily communication with our design/production team to ensure quality and timeline targets are met
• Update client records and purchasing history, including documentation of client contact information and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Customer service experience required
• Strong project management skills required
• Strong computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in management of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and/or other social media accounts required
• Knowledge of the graphics industry’s solutions is a plus but not required
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
• Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team member
