Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site role located in Hackensack, NJ. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining efficient customer service operations. The candidate should be able to communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
