The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for completing a broad variety of tasks, including managing
sales channels, helping with technical questions, and supporting business activities. You are responsible for vetting
B2B opportunities, order entry, and offering solutions to customers who are facing technical challenges with our
products or drive systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide technical and customer service support by clarifying the customer's request; assessing the situation;
selecting and explaining the most effective solution.
● Order entry and follow up with customers to review orders or projects.
● Pick, pack, ship orders as needed.
● Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
● Keen awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope.
● Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges per company policies.
● Provide advice and technical assistance
● Managing workload, prioritizing urgencies
SKILLS REQUIRED
● Proficient with Excel, Word, Gmail-email, ERP and CRM programs (NetSuite and ZOHO respectively)
● Excellent understanding of an Automotive EV drive system and major components
● Prior sales and tech support experience
● EV build experience an major plus
