  Traveling to customer locations on a daily basis

  Interacting with customers daily

  Perform basic equipment and software installation, removal, preventative maintenance/cleaning

  Providing customer training as required

  Utilizing a phone application ticketing system to record daily activities

  Interacting and working with internal field representatives

Requirements

• 
  Possess electro-mechanical skills and technical aptitude.
• 
  Be computer savvy
• 
  Have a flexible schedule and good customer relations skills.
• 
  Strong organization and time management skills
• 
  Ability to lift 65 lbs
• 
  Ability to drive extensively covering a large geographical area with occasional overnight stays

• 
  High School Diploma or GED (formal training/technical school courses a plus)
• 
  Prior field maintenance experience (preferred)
• 
  Demonstrate good technical aptitude

• 
  Basic Computer and Mathematical Skills
• 
  Ability to adapt to changing environments and work assignments
• 
  Excellent driving record
