All U Sportwear (a division of ULC Brands) is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for men and women who are passionate about building relationships and helping organizations with their custom product needs.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Work directly with organizations across the country in a consultative approach to outfit their group with custom apparel, hard goods, and accessories within their needs and objectives.
- Will be involved in business development in a wide array of segments including sports organizations, schools, universities, corporations, non-profits, etc.
- Where appropriate, encourage group organizers to run an All U Sportswear fundraiser to help brand and raise money for their organization.
- Build rapport with prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about our products, service, the marketplace, and/or their organization.
- Update customer database with new information from customer calls and interactions.
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service through sales strategies.
- Strive for improvement in order to maintain and exceed hitting company expectations.
- Develop new business through referrals, prospecting, and lead follow up.
- Other projects to support senior leadership as necessary.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and relationship building.
- Urgency and pace with the ability to problem solve.
- Work ethic and dedication to servicing customers.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Must be an active listener to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Work independently while achieving high productivity and excellent customer responsiveness.
