Midwest Janitorial Service is a well-established cleaning company looking for a second-shift cleaning supervisor who is reliable, hard-working, and wants to lead a team of 20-25 in multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and wants to help their staff be successful in meeting client needs and expectations. The position requires training, overseeing the completion of work, and following up on client requests. Cleaning is required as we are a cleaning company. The position is primarily Monday - Friday beginning at 4:30 pm. The position requires a weekend rotation.
