Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Resolving all customer related issues in a timely manner, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and coordinating with customers and internal team members
    • Utilizing multiple software systems daily to produce reports, analyze information and optimize processes
    • Collaborating closely with scheduling, shipping, and shift supervision to uphold commitments in processing and delivering orders on time.
    • Coordinating communication with team members, operation shift managers and company leadership
    • Training, coaching and supporting team members

    What we need from you:
    Support and develop a well-established team to ensure customer service levels are met

    Track and manage all aspects of customer service data to ensure quality of follow-ups with strategic alignment

    Ensure timely and accurate shipments, expedite internally, and communicate accurate ship dates to customer

    Interface with customers and the internal team with a sales service orientation

    Ability to understand and optimize shipping, and possess thorough knowledge of various carrier methods and options

    Create a vision to take the team and service to the next level

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Identify opportunities for improvements.

    Work schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Must be flexible and work with team to ensure operation needs are covered

    Requirements include:

    · High School diploma or equivalent

    · Associates or Bachelors’ Degree preferred

    · Minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience in sales or customer service in product/manufacturing environment

    · ISO knowledge and experience helpful

    · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution

    · Strong Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software skills

    · Prefer corrective action or quality system experience

    · Prior experience with Salesforce helpful
