Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Customer Service Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Requirements:

    Flexibility- The following holidays are MANDATORY for this position: Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Week of Christmas. We are closed on Christmas Day.

    Must have an outgoing personality

    Must work well with the public

    Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

    Adaptable and able to manage multiple responsibilities within the store

    Must have basic computer and register skills

    Quality phone etiquette, excellent communication skills

    A history of successful sales and/or customer service experience is a plus!

    Job Duties:

    Provide excellent customer service in the store and over the phone

    Assist every customer in choosing the perfect package for their occasion

    Reach out to past customers with satisfaction surveys and new product initiatives

    Cut, clean, and prepare fruit for our amazing arrangements

    Make arrangements and Chocolate dipped fruit boxes (training provided)

    Other duties may be assigned as needed

    You will be moving around and on your feet most of the time in this fast paced job!
