We are currently seeking full-time Customer Service Supervisor Desk Concierge to service the Front Desk/Pro Shop at Oxford Athletic Club for daytime, evening and weekend shifts. The main duties of this role are to greet members and their guests with a smile while maintaining a dynamic and energetic personality. We want someone who can engage with members and ensure their experience at our club is a positive one! while monitoring club traffic. Work to maintain a smooth and efficient execution of all Front Desk functions and have a thorough understanding of all club procedures, functions, programs and facilities. Collaborate and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere to assist in building member retention and to welcome prospective members. Assist in the day-to-day Pro Shop operations.
