We are looking to find a new team player to join our rapidly growing Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop team.
The full-time Customer Service Lead will work onsite at our Robinson Township location. The successful candidate will have experience in Customer service supervision, excellent computer/data entry skills and must be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate knows how to lead and motivate a customer service team while working alongside with the team members, is flexible and will jump in where required and takes pride in the work they do. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. We do work hard but we have fun along the way.
Position would be Monday - Friday in our warehouse facility.
