Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, policy updates, billing questions, and claim assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options.
• Generate insurance quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Look for opportunities to offer existing clients additional lines of business.

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Must be licensed in Property and casualty insurance or become licensed within the first 30 days. (We will pay for training material as well as provide reimbursement for exams.)
