As A Customer Service Supervisor You Will:

• Train and support team members at varying experience levels
• Ensure employees understand and follow company's customer service policy
• Exceed service expectations and performance standards
• Provide professional customer service, and satisfactorily answers to customers queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
• Research required information using available resources
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Assist in the sale of customer memberships

What we're looking for in you:

• Previous leadership or management experience
• Call center experience
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends
