Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our service team. As a part of our service team, you will be responsible for servicing insurance policies to existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Service insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales administration skills, including the ability to manage client information and documentation accurately
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is preferred
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates for clients
