Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to phone, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Additionally, Customer Service Team Leader trains and provides support to less experienced team members. May assist manager or supervisor with scheduling. May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     Role Description : We're seeking an individual with the ability to lead, innovate, and transform our landscape projects as an Enhancement Team Leader.

    The ideal candidate should bring expertise in hardscape and softscape design and implementation, combined with managerial experience, to efficiently oversee and execute projects.

    With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, we need someone who can cultivate a positive work environment and maintain clear communication channels with clients and team members.

    Required Qualifications :

    Experience in leading hardscaping projects from beginning to end, including the ability to interpret and implement project plans effectively.

    Proficiency in managing project budgets, including tracking hours and expenses.

    Previous experience in hardscaping and operating machinery is required.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.

    Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

    Responsibilities :

    Oversee and execute hardscape and softscape projects efficiently.

    Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for landscape enhancement

    Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of upselling services

    Coordinate with the maintenance team to seamlessly integrate additional services into ongoing landscape care routines

    Ensure technical knowledge and expertise to effectively manage projects and teams.

    Manage your team with efficiency, providing guidance and leadership.

    Understand and manage budgetary aspects of projects, including tracking hours and expenses.

    Utilize managerial experience to coordinate and delegate tasks effectively.

    Demonstrate proficiency in hardscaping techniques and methodologies.

    Prioritize safety and adherence to best practices in all project activities.

    Cultivate a positive and productive work environment

    Maintain clear communication channels with clients and team members

    Continuously strive for improvement and excellence in all aspects of project execution.

    Benefits Include :
