Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain customer records by updating account information and order details - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus) - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Experience with outbound calling or sales is a plus - Must be multilingual or bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.63 - $19.79 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
