Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to phone, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Additionally, Customer Service Team Leader trains and provides support to less experienced team members. May assist manager or supervisor with scheduling. May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.      2. All prepacked food products supplied by vendors and are sold in the store.
     3. The Best Bean Coffee Program including all the hot beverages prepared in the store
     4. All fountain programs dispensed through fountain machines
     5. Additional beverage programs that are self serving for customers.
     6. Prep areas, cooler and refrigeration storage of food, as well as shelf storage of unfrozen product.
    Required Skills, 1. Have an outgoing personality
    Abilities, Characteristics2. Possess leadership skills to develop store employees to effectively adopt food sales and service
     3. Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English
     4. Able to work in a team with senior executives as well as Team Members
     5. Be able to train employees on new food service procedures and sales programs
     6. Honest and dependable
     7. Able to lead others through exemplary work habits.
     8. Demonstrate good judgment.
     9. Able to effectively coomunicate development plans to management to co-workers..
     10. Must be Servsafe certified or become certifed within 6 months
     11. Have collective leadership style and skills with "big picture" vision.
     12. Establish and maintain brand standards, and develop market plans
     13. Have above average initiative to research and recommend plans to expand the food service category
     14. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers
     15. Effectively communicate development plans and monitor progress and results
    Responsibilities1. Identify store food service potential, and what is appropriate for each store

    through constant3. Recommend product lines, the promotion of specials and monitor the implemetation of the programs with DLs

     5. Develop all Team Members to have knowledge on food service standards and procedures
     6. Constantly monitor the presentation of food in the stores
     7. Constantly monitor the quality of the food products sold in stores
     8. Monitor competitive prices and products and recommend programs to the food service program
     9. Help identify store strengths and weaknesses in food service.
     10. Offer solutions to Region Leaders and District Leaders on store problems related to food service.
     11. Organize and prioritize promotions and products in the food service division
     12. Negotiate with vendors on equipment needs, products and special programs and promotions
     13. Meet on a regular basis with RLs and DLs to discuss current programs and future promotions
    Responsibilities1. Be dependable
    to Co-Workers2. Is available during all scheduled shifts to assist stores with food service issues
     3. Work closely with District Leaders, Team Leaders and Team Members on food service matters
     4. Is a constant Help and Go-to person for all food service queries
     5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Company policies.
     6. Provide positive direction to others.
     7. Control all training of the food service operation in stores
     8. Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude
    Responsibilities1. Report all incidents, problems or concerns to RLs and DLs
    to Management2. Communicate with vendors on all food service issues
     3. Follow all loss prevention policies at all times
     4. Work closely with RLs and DL on all food service promotions and problems in stores
     5. Be an integral part of the Sprint Mart Leadership Team
     6. Follow directions and instructions given by management
     7. Involved in regional, departmental, and corporate strategies for the company as a whole
    Responsibilities1. Keep up to date with all legal and food service standards and procedures
    to the Company2. Insure all stores are in compliance with all laws and ordinances pertaining to food service
     3. Wear appropriate business attire and the proper Sprint Mart uniform when representing the company
     4. Attend food service training classes to keep up to date on all food service standards
     5. Represent the company to vendors and at scheduled meetings
     6. Accomplish goals agreed to with management
     7. Upholds all company policies and procedures
