Pewaukee Veterinary Service is seeking a full-time Client Service representative to join our busy 9 Doctor Practice. The client service representative is a key member of the hospital team who supports the Veterinary and Technical Team through interaction with the clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

While under the supervision of the HR Manager and the Client Service Team Lead, the client service representative must be able to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to-

• Greet all clients prior to appointments and process necessary procedures
• Receive all incoming calls, schedule appointments and create estimates
• Process deposits and discuss payment options according to business policy
• Prepare and balance end of day reports, balance cash drawer, and monitor stored products and accounts receivable
• Prepare charts and records for all incoming appointments
• Complete daily and weekly client service check lists
• Document all communications in the practice management software
• Work with the team to maintain a steady workflow for patients
• Communication with the veterinarian and other technical team members

Requirements and duties will vary based on experience and client/patient needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 years of prior experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn veterinary terminology and services
• Reliable, positive attitude, flexible and approachable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
