Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to phone, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Additionally, Customer Service Team Leader trains and provides support to less experienced team members. May assist manager or supervisor with scheduling. May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     Compensation:

    • $85,000-125,000 Expected First-Year Earnings
    • Base Salary: $40,000

    Responsibilities

    • Cultivate relationships with sales leads to convert leads into appointments
    • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
    • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads)
    • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
    • Follow customized scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections most effectively
    • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
    • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
    • Participate in regular training and education requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, current listings, and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries
    • Schedule appointments, property showings, and coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth operations
    Qualifications

    • Previous work in a customer-facing position
    • Passionate about influencing others, building relationships, and team goals and culture
    • Exceptional telephone skills—the ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
    • Enthusiastic, self-motivator with excellent people skills
    • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
    • Practices memorizing and internalizing scripts for maximum effectiveness
    • Is articulate and well-spoken
    • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
    • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
    • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
    • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Tech-savvy 
    • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell
    • Determined and not easily intimidated
    • Willingness to work hard.
    • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone talking to clients
