Instructs staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Trainer provides input to assess training effectiveness and define future needs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Service Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Summary
Pay Range: $51,124- $74,293

Supports HMSA's mission and vision by driving consistency in operations through the development and facilitation of eLearning materials that are current, accurate, relevant, and effective. Assess, develop, evaluate, implement, and deliver training and development programs for the business units within the Customer Relations department, to include coaching and consulting to close department skill gaps.
