Administers progression training programs for new hires and monitors competency. Researches new methods, technology, tools and equipment that will result in competitive product costs. Serve as subject matter expert responsible for ensuring accuracy of programs. Manage the problem identification and resolution process regarding union issues and monitor progress toward resolution. Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS. Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements. Safely and proficiently work in a team setting maintaining an emphasis on learner engagement and the establishment/maintenance of maintaining a competent workforce. Skills and Requirements Minimum of two years relevant experience required Extensive knowledge of Gas Operations O&M and Standards, Operator Qualifications, and other related industry regulations Proficiency Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience working in a learning management system preferred.
