This Customer Service Representative will assist customers via phone, email and web-based systems. Strong Data entry skills a must. Outbound calls to customers, gathering their information and scheduling appraisers to come out to resolve their situations. Opportunity for growth!!

The ideal candidate will be familiar with computers and committed to learning our web-based program quickly.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to others on behalf of the company.
Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls (must enjoy being on the phone)
Call and schedule appointments
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Document conversations in our database and provide to the customer.
Utilize our mapping system to assist in scheduling appointments.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients, shops, and appraisers.
