Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. This opportunity is for a 12-month training with the goal of becoming a John Deere Service Manager at one of our multi-state locations. Ag-Pro has 81 locations and there will be 4-6 training positions available at select locations throughout our territory. This will require relocation to one of the training stores and relocation at the completion of the program. Relocation required at the completion of the 12 month training to a location within (area) Ohio or Kentucky.
