Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Training Manager assesses training effectiveness and defines future needs by reviewing and analyzing staff performance metrics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to provide empathetic and efficient service will make a direct impact on our brand and its success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keep abreast of new product information and service offerings.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team, Production Team, and Human Resources to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
    • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Answer all incoming office calls and re-direct to correct department.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
    • Proficiency in another language is a plus.
