Customer Service Training Manager designs and delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Prepares instructive updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Training Manager designs a training curriculum and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Creates and maintains documentation and resources used to instruct staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Training Manager assesses training effectiveness and defines future needs by reviewing and analyzing staff performance metrics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Service Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Location: Ocala, FL
FL-DOH-Marion County-Dental Assistant - Projected end date 6/30/24 - Opportunity to become permanent. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred. Pediatric Experience highly preferred.
WORK ENVORNMENT: Marion County Health Department or alternating school site locations.
DRESS CODE: Scrubs
TRAVEL: 10% of the time. May be assigned to a school site. Can ride with a state employee in a state vehicle. Normally will be an elementary school. Will be at the school for the entire day, not travel required during business hours.
EQUIPMENT USED: EagleSoft computer software, autoclave, dental equipment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
DENTAL TREATMENT
- ** Expanded duties as licensed by the board of professional regulations for certified dental assistant
- ** Will polish clinical crowns of teeth
- ** Will apply topical fluoride gels and varnish
- ** Will place temporary restorations and sealants
- ** Will remove sutures
- ** Will fabricate temporary crowns, pack cord and cement temporary crowns
FOUR HANDED DENTAL TECHNIQUE
- ** Will review medical history with the patient/guardian and take blood pressure
- ** Will complete the signs and symptoms and objective data of the SOAP notes and write up in the computer notes
- ** Will use proper barrier techniques
- ** Will pass instruments while correctly retracting tongue and/or cheek and while suctioning
- ** Will coordinate assisting methods, activities and actions with dentist’s actions
- ** Will adjust equipment and light source as needed by dentist
- ** Will mix restorative materials and cements
PROPER OPERATORY SETUP
- ** Will ensure instruments and equipment are out and in place before patient arrives
- ** Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds
RADIOGRAPHS
* ** Will maintain radiographic certification as licensed by the Board of Professional Regulations
** Will use ScanX phosphoric plates and EagleSoft software
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $14.68 per hour
