Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will primarily be responsible for receiving and responding to inbound service calls and questions pertaining to warranty and repair issues and directing customers to appropriate departments. Furthermore, the Customer Service Manager needs to maintain a positive, professional attitude, even when dealing with frustrated customers and be able to navigate win-win solutions.

Duties:

• Managing in-bound call queues, email and online chat
• Receive and process repair and warranty claims and follow through with all claims in a timely manner
• Work closely with manufacturing partners, sales reps and dealers to facilitate repair claims
• Work across multiple platforms entering and maintaining large amounts of data
• Process and issues invoices for repair tickets
• Provide overall support and analytics for all customer support related calls, questions and solutions
• Train and supervise other support personnel.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience and CRM software
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Self-starter, capable to work individually but also within a team atmosphere
• Familiar and comfortable with technology and able to learn quickly
• Passionate about using data as a tool for promoting and monitoring business growth
• Experience with MS Office – word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint
• Capable of identifying opportunities for digital growth and areas for improvement
• Extreme attention to detail with strong verbal and written grammatical, spelling, proofreading skills
• Enthusiasm and determination to come to work each day and excel
• Added responsibilities will come with knowledge of the industry, comfortability within the office, and identification of strengths

In addition to the requirements above, the following skill sets will give a candidate a competitive advantage:

• Familiarity with the construction or shed industry
• MUST have professional customer service experience
• Familiarity with understanding floorplans, Shed Suite, Microsoft teams, Monday, SalesForce.
