Pauline's Automotive in Sebastopol, CA is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor - Store Manager in Training. We pay $46,000-$150,000 per year including bonuses/commissions and provide great benefits including benefits that are given to all employees. We also offer medical, dental, vision, Aflac, 100% paid life insurance, a weekly company lunch, holiday parties, uniforms, paid time off (PTO) after one year, paid holidays, sick days after 90 days, a competitive pay structure, room for advancement, and training or certifications paid for by the owner. We also have a "game" each month where cash prizes are won! The typical schedule is Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm. Some OT may be required or offered.
