- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with ordering parts from vendors, getting quotes from venders. etc.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
-Wipe down counter, table, furniture. Sweep, mop front area

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
