Customs Account Representative
Job Overview -
The Customs Account Representative is responsible for high-traffic office needs and must maintain excellent time management skills with a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in a Consultative atmosphere. We’re looking for a candidate with experience who can answer contacts, allocate material resources efficiently, communicate with pet parents and coordinate with other departments on time-sensitive call center needs.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers to personalize custom dog diet needs for custom meals.
Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge and JFFD product knowledge to share with pet parents.
Establish and maintain Customer Relationships; provide quality follow-up and ongoing support for customers
Collaborate with Veterinary team to ensure all customers are aware of JFFD and benefits
Communicates insights/ideas to manager to help customs achieve its targets
Work through and assist with new product introductions while working with our customs vet formulation teams
Assists with quality assessment reviews with our Vet staff
Participate as part of new hire training classes as a subject matter expert in the field of Nutrition for dogs and customer service.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Possesses the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, live chat, email, SMS (text messaging), social media, and video chats.
Has strong leadership skills and the ability to work with others to resolve customer complaints.
Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details.
Can think logically to provide answers to customer questions as well as resolutions for various issues that may arise.
Exhibits the ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment.
Displays the ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
2 years sales experience
Qualifications
Passionate and motivated to make a difference in the health and lives of dogs and cats
Retail or consultative experience; pet nutrition experience a plus
Skilled at assessing needs, sharing features and benefits of products, overcoming objections, and wrapping up productive consults
Able to help customers in one contact
Strong interpersonal skills

Strong time management and organizational skills
Veterinary experience a plus
Strongly prefer a four-year degree and require a High School Diploma or equivalent.
3 years previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a call center environment
