JOB TITLE:      Occupational Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist 

FTE:                         0.6 FTE
SCHEDULE:            8-hour shifts 2-3 days a week, flexible start time (between 7a-9a), 30-45 min lunch 
LOCATION:             Salmon Medical Center, Silverdale, WA
REPORTS TO:        Clinic Manager       
               
JOB OVERVIEW:     Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of conditions, injuries and illness within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist and in collaboration with The Doctors Clinic physicians.  

Therapist will work with a network of hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, occupational medicine physicians, family physicians and advanced practice clinicians. This practice offers a busy caseload of trauma, degenerative diseases, and occupational injuries.  

Requirements:  

· Current certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC);
· Current license in the state of Washington;
· Graduate of accredited OT or PT program;
· Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers;
· Advanced skills in orthotic and custom splinting fabrication.

The hourly salary range for this position is $36.76 to $55.14.  The salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data.  At The Doctors Clinic, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Compensation and benefit eligibility are based off of FTE, assigned job classification and description.
