Job Summary: In this role, are responsible for the preparation and cleanup of the construction equipment and the grounds or “yard”.

What can I expect to do as Utility?

• Prepare the equipment: fueling, cleanup (pressure washing), ensure proper supplies and tools etc.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies and assist with preparing the equipment to be rented.
• Receive equipment and supplies while ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the appropriate person or department.
• Visually inspect rental equipment to ensure it is in good and safe working order.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company, state and federal traffic rules and regulations if required.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Maintain the grounds or “yard” and facilities.
• Use company tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Proactively and promptly report any equipment problems, shortages, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work in all forms of weather conditions.
• Safety oriented.
