As a Dock Hand, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our boats, providing exceptional service to our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our operation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and address customer needs with a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
• Uphold a strong work ethic, dedicated to success every day.
• Greet boat club members and guests warmly upon their arrival.
• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections on boats to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide information and answer questions about rental procedures and general boating inquiries.
• Skillfully present our products and services to potential clients.
• Execute operations safely and efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in boating and customer service preferred.
• Availability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour
