Being a Cytogenetic Technologist is responsible for harvesting cells, image analysis, and results reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Cytogenetic Technologist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Typically requires certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Position Summary
Responsible for proficiently performing all requested Radiological department procedures available, ensuring quality of care and compliance with department policy. Proficiently performs x-rays, CT scans, MRI and administer nonradioactive materials into patient’s blood stream for diagnostic purposes. Tests may be performed independently or in collaboration with technologists who specialize in other scanning modalities.
