We are a rapidly expanding DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company looking for a key person to lead one of our branches. Our Patient Care Technicians are laser focused on helping our patients and hospice providers we serve all across southern California receive the equipment they need at this most critical time. Your leadership and support will help make that happen!
This role will be based in our San Diego location.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all operations at the site, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve site goals and objectives
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for site staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall site performance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise at the site
- Prepare reports on site activities, performance, and progress towards goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
