WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $30 per hour, depending on your experience.
Benefits: We provide health coverage with a $200 company contribution, dental insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% company match, accrued paid time off (PTO), state-of-the-art equipment, and performance raises.
Schedule: The typical schedule is from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As an Equipment Operator, you're at the helm of our A300 or A770 joy stick control bobcat skid steer and Kubota mini excavator, leading the charge in tasks like installing new lawns, yard expansions, and light excavation. Embrace the versatility of your role, as you may find yourself engaged in hands-on labor when needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
You're prepared to take the lead and inspire teamwork within your crew. This year-round position promises a variety of challenges, including snow plowing in the winter. Your skills and leadership contribute to creating beautiful landscapes and ensuring success in every season!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2 years of experience with operating equipment in the summer and winter
- Driver's license
- Ability to lead a team
