Dairy Processing Equipment Operator sets-up and operates continuous flow equipment to process milk, cream, and other dairy products. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Dairy Processing Equipment Operator has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Dairy Processing Equipment Operator works under immediate supervision. Candidates will need to be available for on-call duty after hours during planting and harvest seasons and willing to travel to nearby farm sites to conduct equipment repairs. The Farm and Processing Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems on the farm and hemp/fiber processing facilities. This role will directly report to the Farm Facility and Maintenance Manager.
