Personnel Plus is HIRING Mill Operators In Gooding & Twin Falls. Looking for 2 people for Day shift and 2 people for night shift.

Mill Operator needed to conduct various production activities for high volume feed mill in Twin Falls, Idaho

Requirements

Duties to include but not limited to :

• Operation of skid steers, loaders, forklifts, bulk mixing systems and track-mobiles
• Loading and unloading trucks and railcars
• Actively participating in the plant’s housekeeping efforts
• Employee will drive production to meet established goals
• monitor inventory levels
• and perform all duties with a safety-first mindset.

Requirements :

• Must have the ability to perform tasks with sound judgement to overcome challenges.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and will regularly work outdoors in all weather conditions
• 4 on 3 off
• Day Shift
• 40 hours a week
• 4 on 3 off
• Night Shift
• 40 hours a week
