Darkroom Attendant processes x-ray film through the use of automatic developing machines or a mixture of chemicals and water. Reloads film and plate holders. Being a Darkroom Attendant ensures delivery of developed films to proper medical personnel. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Darkroom Attendant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Darkroom Attendant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Companionship
- Day to day housekeeping tasks
- Meal preparation
- Assisting with self-care: Bath assist, bed bound care, dementia care, hospice, toileting, ADLS, etc.
Requirements:
- Compassion and honesty; patience and grace; experience with in-home care (your own family member or loved one counts, please include personal experience with your resume).
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to wear PPE and adhere to CDC and company recommendations.
- HCA Certification or enrollment in the program is desired.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
